With a background in nursing and a lifetime of caregiving, Jessica founded Jessicare, blending her expertise with her natural entrepreneurial spark.

She’s an adventurer at heart, whether snowboarding, surfing, or shooting hoops. But her true passion? Food! & coffee! Jess is on a mission to taste every cuisine around the globe, traveling far and wide for the love of it.

When she’s not on the move, you’ll find her soaking up the sun with her beloved dog, Leo, who’s just as adored by JessiCare clients.

Spoiler alert: Jessica named the company after herself. To honor her Mum, Kerry.

BOOKKEEPER/CFO

With a Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting, Sandra is our financial guru. Off duty, she enjoys tennis, cooking, and travel. She has a knack for dancing and loves the movie 'Crazy Stupid Love'.

Fun fact: “I won a dancing competition at a school trivia night for doing the Gangnam style, dressed in a Kill Bill costume.”

SERVICE COORDINATOR

Leveraging 24 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, Lee is a master of multitasking and a pro at keeping things on track.

Lee’s world doesn’t stop at work - she’s a sports enthusiast who loves AFL, soccer and all things Olympic. Outside work you’ll find her enjoying her three kids, capturing life’s moments as a passionate photographer, or jet-setting around the globe, as an avid traveler.

Her bookshelf favorites include “The Midnight Library” and “The Bridges of Madison County”, while “The Notebook” remains her all-time favorite movie.

Fun fact: She might just hold the title of the shortest goalkeeper in women's Premier League history.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & MARKETING

With a background in Visual Arts and Business IT, he brings creativity and strategy to JessiCare. Outside of work, he enjoys running, swimming, cycling, the gym, cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time at the beach.

If he's not cracking up watching 'The Office', 'Modern Family', or 'Summer Heights High', he's probably enjoying a deep dive commentary video on YouTube or listening to some podcasts.

Fun fact: “My best runs are always after a big night out with barely any sleep or proper nutrition.”

REGISTERED NURSE

Lorenna brings extensive knowledge to her role at JessiCare, holding degrees in science and nursing, along with a specialty in cardiovascular care. Her passion lies in community health and delivering top-notch education.

Outside of healthcare, Lorenna is a marathon runner who has participated in numerous events worldwide, all for good causes. Originally from Scotland, she now embraces an Aussie accent and often says "Hoo Roo."

Fun fact: Lorenna’s love for laksa is so strong she ends up wearing half of it home!

Nadia has 14 years of diverse healthcare experience, including personal care, lifestyle coordination, and support work. She holds a bachelor's degree in education.

A globetrotter, Nadia has visited 28 countries and enjoys exploring new cultures. In her downtime, she loves watching Grey’s Anatomy and listening to Justin Bieber.

Fun fact: Nadia’s passport has more stamps than a post office!

Holding 3 degrees in Economics, Business Management, and International Trade, Tinashe also has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Currently, working towards a nursing degree.

He also enjoys expressing his creativity through singing and songwriting, and loves to travel.

Hassan kicked off his journey with a medical degree, only to find his true calling in public health. With experience managing a medical center as a medical officer for eight months, he now thrives at JessiCare, where he’s balancing his master’s in public health with personal growth and leadership.

Once aspiring to be a professional soccer player, Hassan made it to Division 2 in his university days. Now, he channels that passion into weekend soccer matches and hiking adventures.

Fun fact: Hassan can chat with you in Mandarin—just don’t ask him to play against you in soccer; he’s pretty competitive!
